Materials Needed:
How to Make Fine Motor Ice Skates
First trace out two shoe shapes on a piece of white card stock paper, leaving two tabs at the bottom. Those tabs are used for gluing on your popsicle stick at the end. Next set out the paint and different decorations like glitter or gems and start decorating your ice skates.
After the kids are finished decorating and everything has dried you will take your hole puncher and punch out the holes for lacing your shoe strings. Then glue on your popsicle stick for the skate.
Finally take your string and tape one end to the back of the skate, then you can lace the skates. And you’re finished!
I love how colorful these skates turned out. Jace ended up tying the strings together and hanging it up on our mantel to display.
