It’s time for The Kids Craft Stars monthly craft challenge! Every month we have a challenge between a few blogger friends and I, to in-cooperate a different craft medium or technique into a simple kid craft. This month’s challenge was to come up with a craft that using a recycled CD. We came up with these adorable flamingos using CD’s and bath poufs!

Supplies you’ll need:
Directions:
First take your pink cardstock and trace the cd you’ll be using for the craft. Cut out the circle you just traced, then go ahead and cut out the shapes for the flamingos tail and head. You can take a black sharpie and fill in the part of the beak.
Next glue your circle piece onto the recycled CD. Take your bath poug and you can either cut it in half or use the whole thing and glue it onto the body of the flamingo. Glue on some googly eyes to the face.
And finally you can take the orange pipe cleaners and use them for the legs. Fold them into the shape of the legs like the image below and glue them to the back of the CD.
