Every year my kids come home from school at the end of December so eager to put their new ornaments they made in class on our Christmas tree at home. This Popsicle Stick Santa Photo Ornament is one that you’ll want to add to your Christmas tree! It’s such a sweet keepsake and the kids think it’s fun to get to pretend they’re santa!
Supplies you need to make popsicle stick santa ornaments:
- Popsicle Sticks
- Glue
- Cotton Balls
- Photo of your Childs face.
- Red Cardstock for the hat
- Small white pom pom
How to make a popsicle stick santa ornament:
Step 1: Glue your three popsicle sticks into a triangle.
Step 2: Trace your triangle on your photo and cut out the shape so that you’re photo fits perfectly behind the triangle.
Step 3: Glue your photo to your popsicle stick triangle.
Step 4. Cut out a small hat shape for your santa hat and glue it onto the top of you triangle. Then glue on a small white Pom Pom to the top of the hat.
Step 5: Glue around the face on your popsicle sticks and bottom of the hat and attach ripped up cotton balls for Santa’s beard.
Step 6: Attach a ribbon the back and hang from your tree!
