We have all heard of CBD’s wonders, and I believe we would like to make use of it for wellness, health, and fun. After buying CBD products from processors, it may be time to take matters into your own hands; probably try making your own edibles at home? I have hunted down two amazing recipes to help us in this venture. One is for a beverage, and the other one is for a snack. These two will be fun using, and they will also provide the benefits of CBD. It is all right to use CBD to help you through that stressful postpartum period because it would have little risk to you and your child.
Now for the recipes.
CBD infused Golden Milk
To serve one
Ingredients
1 Cup of Coconut milk (You can also use almond milk)
2.5 ml honey or two drops of stevia
2.5 ml of coconut oil
½ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
A Pinch of black pepper powder
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of clove
CBD oil (if you are a beginner, start with 2mg but if you have used CBD in the past – even in other formulations such as gummies, use the amount that works for you)
Directions
#1. Put all ingredients to an appropriately sized saucepan (If you use one that is too big, you will lose too much of the milk through evaporation) and cook for ten minutes. It would be best if you prepared the mixture over low heat.
#2. Take the pan from the stove and put it in a cup
#3. Add CBD oil
#4. Enjoy your cup of CBD Golden Milk

Remove from the freezer, and enjoy your cupcakes. Keep any that remains in the fridge.
