Let’s face it if you have a family and a busy day of running errands sometimes nutrition can slip the mind of any busy mother. That’s why I like to have some of our healthy 3 ingredient smoothies on hand for those busy mornings. What’s perfect is not only are they healthy but my picky toddlers love them!
You can change up the fruit in this recipe to your liking, but our families favorite is the strawberry banana.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
– 1/4 Cup Strawberries
– 1/4 Cup Bananas
– 2 Cups of Silk® Vanilla Almondmilk
