Pet Small World Imaginative Play – Create & Play

I am an official ambassador for RoseArt. RoseArt provided me with products for the purpose of this post, as well as compensation for my time. As always, all opinions expressed in this post are mine.

This week we’ve been doing some small world play. We had a chance to try out RoseArt’s Spin & Sparkle Pet Maker, and it was a huge hit!

My favorite thing about this activity is that your child gets to create their own small pet figures for their small world. We did this activity as a play date with a few other kids and I loved seeing how creative the kids got with each of their animals. From picking out the colors to create them, painting them, and naming each of them and placing them in their own small world scenes.

There are SO many benefits to small world play from increasing imaginativity and creativity, to language development, developing independent play skills and more! Basically, small world play is acting out scenarios in a miniature play scene that is created with small figures and objects. These can be completely fantasy or based in real life facts.

The Spin & Sparkle Pet Maker is aimed for kids ages 5-7 and the directions were very easy to follow without any complications.
